Family Constellations is a method of making hidden dynamics in a family visible. Only facts concerning the family are relevant . Movement, feelings and reactions allowed these hidden dynamics to come out int the open and facilitate the healing.
Family Constellations is developed by a German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. Constellations look at the unconscious, often destructive loyalties within families. According to him , nearly all pains emotionally or physically come from some type of separation. Making these hidden dynamics in a family visible brings healing.
The goal of individual family constellation with symbolic objects is to make peace with the past, to get out of the family unconsciousness in which we are trapped by love and blind loyalty. We will discover what baggage and patterns we repeat and carry with us from our childhood. What do we need to face, elaborate, integrate and let go?
To begin we need to clarify and develop our autonomy, we need to look at our relationship we have with our family and begin to re-establish a good relationship with our parents. Every family, for generations , passes on sorrow, blessings, joy, secrets and pain to their offspring. Often what was not dead with by or ancestors is passed on to the heirs, the children , who are given the “obligation” to deal with the “fates” the bagages.
Throughout the sessions you will be guided and helped on your Journey. The family constellation wit symbolic objects allows to represent family members , parts of te inner system, feelings, symptoms etc. It can also show you the dynamics in a business.
The session can take place physically or online according to preference.
