Mirroring

The world around us mirror our deepest inner values. Imagine you stand in front of a mirror. What you see in the mirror is a reflection of yourself. The action that is witnessed in the mirror depends on you, who is standing in front of the mirror and does not exist if you do not stand in front of this mirror.

The world around us is actually one big mirror reflection of that what is happening in our inner world, reflecting back our deepest inner values. Therefore the external has nothing to do with the other person. People, experiences and situations constantly adjust subconsciously to the inner image you have of yourself. 

The first step is to accept that everything we see is a reflection of ourselves. Next, we can deepen our understanding of life and move beyond the problems, obstacles and resistance we are currently experiencing. This way we can liberate ourselves and take the responsibility for our life into our own hands, letting go of all blame and guilt. 

The process to unconditionally accept the mirror will take courage, time and perseverance. As most of us have been growing up to blaming others and our external environment for that what is happening in our life.

The mirror reflect parts of our conscience, that contains different layers of consciousness. Reflecting positive, active and neutral aspects of ourselves. The positive mirror is shown in the aspects that we love in someone else. When someone inspires us or makes us feel good and comfortable interacting with this other person. The positive mirror shows the aspect of oneself that are present within, but still dormant. As we have not yet been able to manifest this on earth. This mirror strengthens us and gives us support, making life more joyful and enjoyable. 

We encounter the negative mirror for personal growth. These are experiences or people that force us to change and transform. They give us insights in what we have to learn and what polarity you are looking for to develop. The negative mirror is experienced in our interaction with aspects of people that make us feel uncomfortable and bothers you. It is not that person that bothers us, yet that person reflects a quality of ourselves that we need to look at. 

The neutral mirror are experiences and aspects of people that we are not able to see. We cannot see them as we might not be ready for these lessons as others lessons were more important, or it is not a lesson important for us to develop within ourselves as it is already found its balance within you.
